We are currently supplying and installing Mechanical Ventilation with Heat Recovery (MVHR) and Mechanical Extract Ventilation (MEV) systems at Barking Riverside – site H West. This phase of the project comprises of 167 new homes, including a mix of 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments and houses.

The systems are designed to improve indoor air quality and energy efficiency across the development, while supporting low-carbon living and compliance with current building regulations.
