Working under the principal contractor CField Construction, Ventflowuk’s scope includes installation of high efficiency Mechanical Ventilation with Heat Recovery systems, providing controlled, continuous ventilation to support excellent indoor air quality, occupant comfort and energy efficient performance. One Nine Elms was one of our key projects. This development consists of two of the tallest residential towers in Europe. A 56 storey City Tower and a separate 42 storey River Tower, which are linked together with a glazed bridge. This allows access to City Tower facilities. The 5 star luxury hotel includes a ballroom, luxury spa, club house restaurant and karaoke bar.
Ventflowuk’s team of skilled engineers successfully installed sustainable MVHR systems, Fan Coil units, Fire Rated Ductwork and all ductwork insulation. Having earned our reputation due to our consistency of high quality workmanship and project delivery, we were honoured to contribute to this prominent Multiplex project.

Surrounded by Londons most famous waterway, an Island destination, ’Goodluck Hope’ that has been built on the industrial heritage of the capital.
Ventflowuk had a very dedicated team of engineers who worked around the clock to install, test and commission 804 apartments on the island, whilst ensuring delivery of high-quality work.
Our installations of systems included efficient MVHR units, MEV systems and Air conditioning offering both energy efficient ventilation and good comfort for households.
With our extensive knowledge in our field we delivered a professional service, continuing to be in line with Ballymore programme measures.

Introducing a haven for residents in the heart of Greenwich,‘Greenwich Sq Courtyard’, is set around a stunning spacious garden square, full of green and an idyllic view.
Ventflowuk were contracted to supply and install MVHR systems in 325 residential studios, one, two and three bed apartments.
The modern design of the flats, allowed us to offer our expertise ensuring that the install was suitable in design and also advantages for the apartments.
With our knowledge and reputable services we completed installation within the client deadline. Ventflowuk further complied with all health and safety measures including recent COVID procedures whilst continuing to work.
We provided a great service working alongside Mace to ensure the smooth completion of our work, and the success of the project.
We successfully completed the project in November 2019 and are very pleased with the finished service.

We successfully completed the Leisure centre, provided fire-rated ductwork for the Swimming pool, installed energy-efficient air conditioning systems for the Gym.

Ventflowuk played an integral part to help deliver a beautiful, renowned project ‘Kings court’ located at the heart of Covent Garden. One of the most busiest, most attractive districts in London. A historic mixed development that composed of 45 luxury apartments.
We had a committed team of specialist engineers, working every day providing ventilation for the prestige apartments. With our reputable expertise, we certified each system fitted was the highest of quality, fit-out and suitable in design.
On this project our engineers installed MEV and air conditioning systems, taking care that they were suitably sized for the specific design. We liaised with the design team to deliver the best product choice to guarantee good air quality and maximum comfort.
We also supplied sustainable MVHR systems, that guarantee acoustic comfort and considerably reduce outdoor noise. It is also economical which helps the residents save energy and reduce its environmental impact on the environment.
Ventflowuk engaged in management through out the project ensuring we allowed space and time to work effectively.
We had a very strict scheduled which we adhered to, making sure our team worked to all of the client protocols, including health and safety procedures.
