This landmark project comprises of two 13-storey residential buildings, designed to reflect the historic character of the original wharf buildings, while delivering cutting-edge modern living.

Our scope included the full installation of 297 high-performance Mechanical Heat Recovery Systems (MVHR). The project was delivered by our experienced team of  specialist engineers, who ensured every system was installed and commissioned to the highest level of quality and compliance.
