Plot 6 consists of three 6-storey buildings designated for mixed-use development. Each structure will feature 5 levels of contemporary, affordable residential apartments, along with a commercial space on the ground floor that includes an integrated parking facility.

This initial phase of the comprehensive Silvertown regeneration project seeks to transform the Royal Docks into a vibrant 50-acre hub of commerce, culture and community.

We are excited to share our participation in this project, which includes the supply, installation, testing and commissioning of all Mechanical Heat Recovery Systems and Fan Coil units, providing energy-efficient ventilation and enhanced comfort for homes.
