Ventflowuk are very proud that we were involved in the exciting development located at Leamouth Peninsula, preserving Londons Maritime history.
Surrounded by Londons most famous waterway, an Island destination, ’Goodluck Hope’ that has been built on the industrial heritage of the capital.

Ventflowuk had a very dedicated team of engineers who worked around the clock to install, test and commission 804 apartments on the island, whilst ensuring delivery of high-quality work.
Our installations of systems included efficient MVHR units, MEV systems and Air conditioning offering both energy efficient ventilation and good comfort for households.

With our extensive knowledge in our field we delivered a professional service, continuing to be in line with Ballymore programme measures.

At Ventflowuk we aim to guarantee deliverables are carried out with appropriate environmental protection measures associated with ductwork installation, effective use of material resources and waste management.

Goodluck Hope launched in 2021. At Ventflowuk we hope to have made our mark in the emerging of this island neighbourhood by its reputable installation within the homes.

Ventflowuk played an integral part to help deliver a beautiful, renowned project ‘Kings court’ located at the heart of Covent Garden. One of the most busiest, most attractive districts in London. A historic mixed development that composed of 45 luxury apartments.

We had a committed team of specialist engineers, working every day providing ventilation for the prestige apartments. With our reputable expertise, we certified each system fitted was the highest of quality, fit-out and suitable in design.

On this project our engineers installed MEV and air conditioning systems, taking care that they were suitably sized for the specific design. We liaised with the design team to deliver the best product choice to guarantee good air quality and maximum comfort.

We also supplied sustainable MVHR systems, that guarantee acoustic comfort and considerably reduce outdoor noise. It is also economical which helps the residents save energy and reduce its environmental impact on the environment.

Ventflowuk engaged in management through out the project ensuring we allowed space and time to work effectively.

We had a very strict scheduled which we adhered to, making sure our team worked to all of the client protocols, including health and safety procedures.

Ventflowuk excelled in this project and delivered our best work, completing the project in time for residents to enjoy the surrounding courtyard during the summer season.
