Ventflowuk is proud to be delivering ventilation services for another large-scale residential project.

We have been appointed to supply, install and commission two high performance Mechanical Ventilation Heat Recovery (MVHR) systems across multiple residential blocks as part of an ongoing project.

System 1: MRXBOXAB-ECO5+MR-ECO-COOL-V

This advanced MVHR system with integrated cooling is being installed to provide energy efficient ventilation with the added benefit of temperature control during the warmer months.

Installation Breakdown:

• Block A 33 units
• Block C1 24 units
• Block C2 24 units

System 2: MRXBOXAB-ECO5

A highly efficient, wall-mounted MVHR system ideal for energy-efficient apartments and homes. This version includes automatic summer bypass and is optimised for quiet performance and SAP compliance.

Installation Breakdown:

• Block A 57 units
• Block B 50 units
• Block C1 14 units
• Block C2 18 units

These systems provide continuous fresh air, while extracting stale, humid air, significantly improving indoor air quality and reducing heating demand.
